Printed Model Service and Appliance Fabrication
Once we have a digital file in an stl format, we can fabricate any appliance. Please note that there is a laboratory fee of $8.95 per arch for printing models to fabricate an appliance.
- Complete an Rx Sheet for the appliance of your choice. Save the completed form to your computer.
- Load the Rx and your scanned digital file in an stl format to our secure dropbox.
