The Spring Retainer is fabricated on the anterior teeth and extends from cuspid to cuspid with a .028 spring wire. The acrylic is placed on the labial and lingual of the anterior teeth. The teeth can be reset for minor tooth movement. A ball clasp is laser welded to the lingual wire and extends to the second bicuspids for added retention.
