Turnaround Times

To ensure your appliances are delivered on time, please provide an appointment date and time on your prescription sheets. The following chart lists our normal turnaround time in the lab. Be sure to add additional time for shipping your case to and from our lab. You should allow at least 3 days (plus weekends and holidays) mailing time in each direction. Cases are returned to our customers by UPS. You can track the UPS delivery. Simply supply us an email address and UPS will automatically email you as your cases ship. The email will contain a tracking number and link to the UPS tracking web page.

We understand that situations occur that require a case be rushed through the lab. We can meet your requests by expediting the case through the lab and shipping it back to you overnight delivery for an additional shipping charge. If you have a case that requires expediting, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-522-4636 so that we can alert the lab ahead of time.
