What address should I use to send a case to Specialty Appliances?


We provide prepaid mailing labels to be used when mailing us cases via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Some customers have established accounts with other carriers such as UPS. If you use a carrier other than USPS, please use our street address: 4905 Hammond Industrial Drive, Cumming, GA 30041. If you use the address on our prepaid mailing labels, we will not receive your case. To request mailing labels, please contact Customer Service or complete the supply request form on the Shipping Supplies page.

Where is my case?


We ship the majority of our cases back to our customers via UPS. You can call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-LAB-INFO (1-800-522-4636) and we will track your case. If you have an e-mail address on file with Customer Service, you will receive an e-mail notification when your case ships. This feature is only available if we ship your case via UPS.
