A few things you should know about our Quality Policy:
- Damage to appliances caused by patient abuse is not covered by this policy.
- Any remake submitted after 9 months is subject to full replacement charges.
- Please return all appliances and parts requiring a remake or replacement for it to be evaluated.

In order to provide the most effective safety measures for both our employees and customers, we remake any appliance that has broken versus repairing it. Simply return the warrantied broken appliance to our lab using a complimentary mailing label. Specialty Appliances will remake the product. All broken products will be carefully evaluated to ensure the quality of our procedures.
