OUR QUALITY FIRST WARRANTY POLICY


Your satisfaction is our first priority. That’s why, as your laboratory partner of choice, we are completely dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and quality in every appliance we make.

That’s also why we want you to know about our QUALITY FIRST warranty policy, effective January 1, 2014.

The QUALITY FIRST warranty ensures you that we will repair or remake any defective appliance or part due within 9 months of being sent to your practice at no charge. Our warranty reflects our commitment to delivering you the very best clinical solutions possible. That’s what QUALITY FIRST is all about.

A few things you should know…damage to appliances caused by patient abuse is not covered by this policy; also, repairs submitted for appliances not delivered to the patient within two weeks will not be covered. Any repair or remake submitted after 9 months is subject to full or partial repair or replacement charges.

Just return any appliance or manufactured part requiring remake or replacement to us so that our team can evaluate it. It’s that easy.
