If you need more in-depth instruction on how to use your scanner or submit cases to our lab, please contact your scanner representative.
Please note that Specialty Appliances™ requires a signed and detailed prescription form sent along with your scans. Only using the notes section of any scanner could result in fabrication delays. Please submit your prescription form through our portal or attach a PDF version of our Rx along with your scan for each case. Our Rx forms can be downloaded here.
