Standard Hawleys


Hawley: Upper Standard


The standard upper Hawley retainer has a labial bow constructed from .030” wire and a set of “C” clasps for retention. The labial bow crosses the occlusal plane distal to the cuspids and the loops provide adjustment capability. “C” clasps are used on the first molars for anchorage.




Hawley: Upper w/ Adams Clasps


The standard upper Hawley retainer has a labial bow constructed from .030” wire and a set of clasps for retention. The labial bow crosses the occlusal plane distal to the cuspids and the loops provide adjustment capability. Adams clasps are placed on the first molars for anchorage.




Hawley: Upper w/ Ball Clasps


The standard upper Hawley retainer has a labial bow constructed from .030” wire and a set of clasps for retention. The labial bow crosses the occlusal plane distal to the cuspids and the loops provide adjustment capability. Ball clasps are placed between the second bicuspid and first molar for anchorage.




Hawley: Upper w/ Arrow Clasps


The standard upper Hawley retainer has a labial bow constructed from .030” wire and a set of clasps for retention. The labial bow crosses the occlusal plane distal to the cuspids and the loops provide adjustment capability. Arrow clasps are placed on the second bicuspid and first molar for anchorage.
