Pendulum

The Pendulum has a Nance button and occlusal rests on the first and second premolars for anchorage. The springs are preactivated in the laboratory for easier insertion by the clinician. If the second molars are fully erupted, it is recommended that these be distalized first to achieve maximum efficiency in molar distalization.
